Le 9 mai, à l’occasion de notre Banquet Printanier, nous vous accueillons dans l’ancienne caserne de gendarmerie d’Ixelles, construite en 1909 dans un style néo-Renaissance. Elle faisait partie d’un ensemble militaire situé à Etterbeek et Ixelles. Destinée à former les gendarmes, elle comprenait des logements, un mess, des salles de cours et des installations équestres. Après la Seconde Guerre mondiale, de nouveaux bâtiments furent ajoutés et, depuis 2000, le site est occupé par la Police fédérale après d’importantes rénovations.

Copain Cochon is the story of three friends who love good food, good cooking, and above all, sharing good times around a beautiful table. Each edition is a bit like inviting you to our home: a good meal, good wines, and a convivial atmosphere, all in unusual locations.
We choose seasonal products and work hand in hand with local producers through short supply chains. What ends up on your plate are quality ingredients, expertly prepared by the passionate artisans around us.
The idea is simple: to get together, share, discover, and spend a warm moment around a good meal.
